Sautéed Kale with Coconut Relish

 

 

Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan set over medium high heat, add chopped garlic and onion and cook until soft. Add 1 bunch of washed and chopped kale to the pan and cover and cook for approximately 6 minutes, until it is soft and wilted but still quite green. Toss in 1 tbsp of Coconut Relish, add salt to taste and serve with a sprinkling of relish as well 🙂
