Coconut Relish Popcorn

 

 

Heat coconut oil in a 3-quart saucepan on medium high heat. Put 3 popcorn kernels into the oil and cover the pan. When these kernels pop, add 1/3 cup of popcorn kernels in an even layer. Cover, and gently shake the pan by moving it back and forth over the burner. Once the popping slows down, remove the pan from the heat, remove the lid, and place the popcorn immediately into a wide bowl. Sprinkle Coconut Relish and squeeze a little lemon over the hot, freshly-made popcorn…. Yummy:-)

    The coconut relish tastes a lot like parmesan cheese, and can go well with savory vegan foods that imitate Italian classics. I’d love to create a recipe for you for zucchini spaghetti with vegan meatballs made of sunflower seeds walnuts, tomatoes, flax seed, tomatoes, spices.

    Or Ravioli!
